How to become part of the team

The first step

Simply fill out the application form and upload your CV. In addition to your personal information, we are interested in your salary expectations and the date you would like to start.

If everything fits, you will receive an invitation to a virtual interview (approx. 30 minutes) within a week. If you apply as a developer, a small coding challenge awaits you.

You will receive feedback from us after a maximum of one week. If this is positive, we will meet for a second interview (approx. 60 minutes). Of course, we want to know where your strengths lie and how you can support us. That's why the focus here is on technical topics and questions.

Can you and we imagine working together successfully? Perfect - as soon as all the details have been clarified, we will send you your contractual documents shortly. Before we really get started, you will of course receive all the important information and access data so that you have a good start with us on day 1!

At blueworld, we are there for you right from the start. Comprehensive onboarding ensures a guaranteed successful start - including lunch with the management. We look forward to meeting you!
